Who takes care of shipping orders?

For the shipment of our webshop packages, we cooperate with Post NL.

What countries do you ship to?

At the moment we only ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. If your destination country is not listed, we will be happy to assist you. You can email us at info@estseven.com.

What are the shipping costs?

Orders over $100 will be shipped free of charge.

Orders within the Netherlands

All orders are sent via registered mail. For orders under € 100, the following shipping costs from Post NL apply:

The shipping costs for a destination outside the Netherlands may vary. If you have any questions about this you can always reach our customer service by email info@estseven.com.

What is the delivery time of my order?

Shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Do I have to sign for receipt of my order?

No, you do not need to sign for receipt of your order.

What happens when I'm not home?

If you are not home to receive your package, PostNL puts a bill with instructions in your mailbox. Normally, those instructions amount to a next-day delivery time, but that can vary from case to case.
