How do I return an order?

Is your order not quite what you expected? Too bad, but no problem returning it. At EST'SEVEN, you always have the option of returning your order within 14 days of receipt. Here it is important to note that you will need proof of purchase in order to get your money back or warranty.

A return and processing takes up to 14 days. Upon receipt of your return, we will immediately refund the amount to your (bank) account/credit card used when placing the order, minus the shipping costs. This takes a maximum of 10 working days from the time of transfer.

Important: we only accept returns if they are returned in original condition including labels and packaging. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned.

Both the cost and risk of shipping are at your own expense for returns. Please return the items you wish to return or exchange in one shipment to ensure prompt processing of the return. Unidentifiable returns will be returned to the sender if possible.

Please note that the return costs (these are the costs you pay for returning the order to us) are at your own expense!

Will I receive a refund of the total amount paid?

At EST'SEVEN, we always try to think with our customers. If your purchase is not to your satisfaction, you always have the option to return it. Here it is important that you have proof of purchase, so we can look with you for a refund or warranty. Once everything has been checked you can return your purchase to us.

Sale can only be exchanged for another size or for a credit.

Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will refund the amount you paid for your order directly to your (bank) account/credit card. This takes about 5 working days from the time of transfer. If you have paid by credit card, it may take longer.

Please note that shipping and return costs (these are the costs you pay for returning the order to us) are at your own expense!

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, this is possible. Would you like a different size or color? Then you can contact us at info@estseven.com

What should I do if my order is incorrect?

We will solve this for you as soon as possible! Please contact info@estseven.com and clearly state your name, order number and the items involved. Then we can help you as soon as possible and solve it for you!

Can I return my order as a mailbox package?

Yes you can. However, the risk is yours. Unfortunately it sometimes happens that a mailbox package gets lost. Without track & trace code we can not give a refund or compensation for the missing package.

We therefore recommend that you send your return as parcel post and keep your track & trace code safe. This is your shipping receipt!
