My size is sold out, can I still order it?

If a size of a particular item is not listed in the webshop, it is (temporarily) out of stock and therefore cannot be ordered. This size may still come in, so keep an eye on the website. You can always email us at info@estseven.com for more information about backorders.

Can I track my order?

Parcels sent via Post NL can be tracked with a track & trace code. From the moment your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link to the PostNL website and your track & trace code. On the site to which the link leads, you can enter your track & trace code and see the current status of your order. If it concerns 'letterbox post', you will not receive a track & trace code. Often the delivery of this shipping method also takes longer than a 'PostNL parcel'.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel placed orders as they are automatically processed in our systems. After you receive the order, you can return it, the cost of return shipping is for the customer.

I have a discount code

When completing your order you can enter your discount code. If the discount amount and the invoice amount do not match, you must pay the outstanding amount via the payment methods.
